With the upcoming snowstorm, we kindly ask our neighbors to move vehicles off the main roads and into garages and/or driveways whenever possible. This will allow snowplows to clear the streets more efficiently, help prevent large snow piles at driveway entrances and around parked cars, and improve safety by reducing the need for vehicles to squeeze past one another in icy conditions.

 

If you’re unable to fit all vehicles in your driveway, please park on only one side of the street. Thank you for helping keep our neighborhood safe and accessible.

 

 

Welcome to the website for the Ashford Oaks Homeowner's Association.  It is the hope of the Board that this will be a great resource for upcoming events in the local community as well as through the larger area including Charles County, the State of Maryland, and the DC metro area.

 

Mission: Ashford Oaks Homeowners Association Board of Directors will oversee the implementation of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Architectural and Aesthetic Guidelines, the Bylaws or Rules and Regulations within Ashford Oaks Subdivision of Charles County, Maryland until terms expire.

 

We want to make sure this is a place for positive feedback as well as constructive criticisms, so we encourage our neighbors to become active.  Any comments are welcome, but those that are derogatory or defame the neighborhood, the people within the neighborhood, or the companies with whom we associate will not remain on the site.  If you have specific issues of concern, please contact Clements Bay Management.
